Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Damaged or have manufacturing defect
- Unused and in its original condition
- With tags, original packaging, and invoice
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items or discounted products
- Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to:
- Your original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

As store credit (for COD orders)
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
